Who we are

This website is operated by UnLimited eXchange International, Inc., which is developing Split It Forward.

What we collect

When you ask to view the demo, we collect the email address you enter. If you request access, we also collect your name and your reason for interest and, if you choose to give them, your company or organization, your role and how you heard about Split It Forward.

When you join the waiting list, we collect your name, your email address and whether you would also like to see the demo. When you sign up through an event's QR code or sign-up link, we also record which event it was.

When you send a message through the Contact page, we collect your name, your email address, your organization if you give it, the topic and your message.

To limit repeated or automated use of the forms, we briefly keep a coded form of the network address a form was sent from — not the address itself.

How we use it

We use this information to review access requests, to send demo access links and related messages, to reply to messages and to protect the site from misuse. We do not sell it.

Demo access links

A demo access link is personal. The email that brings it says how long it lasts — four hours unless we have set a different length for you or for the event you signed up at. We keep a coded fingerprint of each link, not the link itself, with the times it was issued, opened and ended.

Cookies and browser storage

When you open a demo access link, the site sets one cookie that keeps your demo session open until the link expires, or for 30 days at most. End demo session removes it. The site also remembers your Light or Dark choice in your browser.

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not load analytics or tracking from other companies.

Email

Messages from us are sent through the email service this website uses.

How long we keep it

Requests that are not approved, contact messages and access records are deleted after one year. Approved contacts, contacts we must not send messages to, and people on the waiting list are kept for as long as that remains the case.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, through the Contact page.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
